| Customer Reviews: Good Tent For the Price June 23, 2008 COEngineer (USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I got this tent on Amazon for a little under $200 and for that price it is a good tent. My wife and two kids(4 & 7 yrs old) have backpacked with this tent twice already. It hasn't rained hard yet, but so far has been easy to use seems to be well made.
There are lighter, more expensive tents out there, but this one serves the purpose for <10 lbs.
Great 4 Person Tent! January 28, 2010 Jesse (San Antonio, Texas USA) I have not used this for camping yet, but I'm sure it'll do great! The backyard test setup was quick, took me about 7 mins to setup while the wind gusts were up to 30mph. The tent held up strong with the gusts, didn't even flex...inside the wind noise was minimal. Due to the pack weight and size, I would not consider this a backpacking tent...I will use it mainly for car camping.
